Going camping alone

At the top of a hill, here's the pic.

As you can see it's not that far away from civilization and I'm planning on bringing some instant soups and water, and maybe something to boil water in. I'm also bringing my knife.

My question is, should I bring weed/alcohol?

Any advices are welcome too.
